We loved the location, just a short walk to the metro station and close to many famous tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was cleaned daily and the breakfast had a variety of options, including a delicious lentil soup.

The hotel is conveniently located near many popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. It is within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The breakfast menu could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.

I had a really bad experience at Grand Gross Hotel. The room I received was not as advertised, with no desk and smaller than expected. The safe was located downstairs, made me feel uncomfortable using it. the bathroom was cramped and inconvenient, with a small sink and broken shower head. The lack of a table or chair in the room made it difficult to stay organized.
There were a few positives. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing good customer service.
